Rose Martini

A beautiful combination of floral rose simple syrup and our tangy citrus forward gin for a taste of the south.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Chemist American Gin

• 1 oz Dry Vermouth

• 1 tsp Rose-Infused Simple Syrup

• 3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters (Orange Bitters will also work)

• Garnish: Rose Petal or Lemon Twist

Instructions

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake Well.

3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Add a few dashes of grapefruit (or orange) bitters.

5. Garnish with a rose petal or lemon twist.
