Ingredients
1½ oz Conservatory Rose Gin
¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)
Biltmore Estate® Brut Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Instructions
Pour in Conservatory Rose Gin, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a flute glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Express & garnish with a lemon twist.
Rose Simple Syrup
2 cups Water
2 cups Sugar
1½ cups Dried Rose Petals
Mix sugar & water in a heavy bottom pot and heat slowly to a simmer. Add rose petals and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 min. Strain the simple. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
