Zin Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
2 oz Chemist Biltmore Conservatory Rose Gin
2 oz Zinfandel Wine
½ oz Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)
3 oz Tonic Water
Instructions
Pour into a large rocks or wine glass.
Add ice.
Express & garnish with a large grapefruit peel.
Enjoy!
Rose Simple Syrup
2 cups Water
2 cups Sugar
1½ cups Dried Rose Petals
Mix sugar & water in a heavy bottom pot and heat slowly to a simmer. Add rose petals and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 min. Strain, allow to cool, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
