The Dukes’ Martini—murderously dry and cold—is famous worldwide and cherished by some as the definitive expression of the Martini. That assertion is highly debatable, but the drink is singular in its power and presentation.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Chemist American Gin

  • 3 dashes Dry Vermouth

  • Garnish: Olives or Lemon Peel

Instructions

  1. Dash vermouth into the frozen mini martini glass.

  2. Pour in gin. Do not stir.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with olives or lemon peel.
