Gold Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz - Four Roses Bourbon

  • Barspoon - Giffard Banane du Bresil

  • Barspoon - Rich Salted Cane Simple Syrup*

  • 1 Dash - Black Walnut Bitters

  • 2 Dashes - Chocolate Bitters

  • Orange Peel

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice.

  2. Stir ingredients in the rocks glass until chilled.

  3. Garnish with expression of an Orange Peel.

Rich Salted Cane Simple Syrup

  • 2 cups - Cane Sugar

  • 1 cup - Water

  • 1 Tablespoon - Salt

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat for 10 minutes
