Westcoast Fizz
Ingredients
2 oz - Chemist Spirits American Gin
0.75 oz - Lime Juice
0.75 oz - Sesame Simple Syrup*
Cucumber Ribbon
Mint Leaf
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with San Pellegrino.
Garnish with cucumber ribbon and mint leaf.
Sesame Simple Syrup
1 Cup - Cane Sugar
1 Cup - Water
1 Cup - Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon - Rice Vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat all for 10 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved.
Strain and store in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
