Bittersweet End

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz - Chemist Spirits American Gin

  • 0.75 oz - Campari

  • 0.75 oz - Cocchi Americano Vermouth

  • 0.25 oz - Acid Adjusted-Luxardo Cherry Juice*

  • Lemon Peel

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice.

  2. Stir ingredients in the rocks glass until chilled.

  3. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

Acid Adjusted-Luxardo Cherry Juice

  • 1 Cup - Luxardo Maraschino Juice

  • 1 Tablespoon - Ascorbic Acid

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of ascorbic acid to 1 cup premium luxardo cherry juice.

  2. Whisk vigorously until combined.

  3. Strain and store in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
